is allowed per company or organization.

You will be paid
50% of ALL initial and recurring credit card membership revenues
from surfers you have referred to us with the provided linking code.

You are free to make
your own banners or text links. You may also use our banners.

All visitors you
send to us must come from a web page. We do not allow email links/spamming
or any other such practices that could reflect negatively on our program.
Failure to comply to this request will result in the immediate cancellation
of the account from which the hits were sent and also may result in the
forfeiture of any funds owed to that account.

Sending any hits
from any URL's which contain and/or promote the following content, programs
or linking practices without the prior written consent of GS will result
in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent,
and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography,
bestiality, warez, password selling or trading, news group postings, spam
e-mails.

GS will not be held
responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with
hosting equipment or technical errors.

Payout is made bi-weekly
by IBill.

Sponsors whose account
has been terminated by GS must email us if they wish to rejoin our program.
Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of ALL moneys accumulated from
the new account.

We reserve the right
to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason,
based on the content of their website or for any other reason.
